I’m happily writing this review
for the wonderful experience I had with the software engineer. Coming from a
background with no knowledge of software and technology I found it really hard
to explain my requirement but found charming Patrick Burls who heard me patiently. Yes, he came to my level of
understanding and quickly grasped the idea that I was explaining him. He
explained it to me layman terms that helped us to be on the same page.
Video on Demand was his favorite
and he explained me the idea behind it. I must say he is full of knowledge to
help a 70 year old man like me. He is easily approachable and answered all my
questions easily. He is sincere towards his work which is reflected in the way
he treats the customers. I feel glad that I have met a person who is
technically sound and also is courteous to not-so-tech-savvy people.
He gives outstanding examples and
makes complicated things very simple and easy. I would also like to appreciate
his hard work. I was looking for a simple way to access few videos on my
computer and save it on the hard disk. He walked me through the entire process
and also made few settings that are automated (I don’t have to do or click
anything). Those ideas were simple and he helped me understand the complete
process.
Not all software technicians have
patience to help the customers in understanding the entire process and setup
but Patrick Burls
is outstanding. I call him when something goes out of my hand but he has the
ability to fix it real quick. His instructions and suggestions are crisp and
clear. He has the ability to understand every problem easily.
I admire his level of knowledge
and understanding in all that he does. From simple things to complicated handling, he is an expert. I have used his service many times and would
recommend everyone to contact him for their software needs. He is exceptional
has multi-talented and he knows what the customer expect out of him. His is a
package of knowledge and doesn’t mind explaining and teaching the customers.
I’m a happy and satisfied
customer and I would suggest him to assist everyone especially the non-tech
savvy ones with his knowledge and approach. You will not be disappointed with
his service.
